Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. All orders placed on the Weekend or Holidays will be processed the next business day.

If you have not received your order within 15 working days and cannot find your tracking information online, please email us at support@interbatteries.co.uk so we can check on the status of your order.

While we take every precaution to ensure that your products arrive safely, sometimes items get damaged in shipment. If you should have any problems with your order please email us at support@interbatteries.co.uk.
